Os pre\u00e7os variam de R$ 55,00 a R$ 100,00 para um p\u00f4ster de 90 x 120 cm, dependendo se voc\u00ea escolher papel comum, papel brilhante ou lona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can arrange this by emailing ufmgalunos1@gmail.com<\/span>. The printing service is located at UFMG, in the Service Square, 50 meters from CAD 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices range from R$55.00 to R$100.00 for a 90 x 120 cm poster, depending on whether you choose paper, glossy, or polyvinyl canvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions for Poster Preparation | Instru\u00e7\u00f5es para Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos Pain\u00e9is<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATTENTION<\/strong>: All submitted and approved abstracts must compulsorily be presented in poster format, even if they have been selected for short or flash presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. The posters must be prepared in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Maximum poster size: 1.00 m (width) x 1.20 m (height). Under no circumstances can the width exceed 1.00 m, as this would encroach on the neighboring poster’s space;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. All posters must include the email of the first author as well as the corresponding author;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. All posters must be affixed to the poster stands, either with adhesive tape or hung using hooks in the banner format;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A good poster should contain the following items (for evaluation purposes):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Introduction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Objectives of the work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experimental section: illustrated with diagrams, figures, graphs, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Results and discussion: illustrated with tables, diagrams, figures, graphs, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conclusions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • References: a selected list of references, typically up to five<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Acknowledgments: include logos of funding agencies and educational and research institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/strong> TODOS os resumos submetidos e aprovados dever\u00e3o, obrigatoriamente, serem apresentados na forma de poster, mesmo que tenham sido selecionados para short<\/em> ou flash presentation<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Os posters devem ser feitos em l\u00edngua inglesa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Tamanho m\u00e1ximo do poster: 1,00 m (largura) x 1,20 m (altura). Em hip\u00f3tese alguma a largura poder\u00e1 ultrapassar 1,00 m, pois significa entrar no espa\u00e7o do painel do vizinho;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Todos os pain\u00e9is devem conter o e-mail do primeiro autor, bem como do autor de correspond\u00eancia;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Todos os trabalhos dever\u00e3o ser afixados no suporte de pain\u00e9is, podendo ser colados com fita adesiva ou pendurados com gancho no formato galhardete;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Um bom painel deve conter os seguintes itens (visando a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        • Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Objetivos do trabalho<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Parte experimental: ilustrada com esquemas, figuras, gr\u00e1ficos, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Resultados e discuss\u00e3o: ilustrada com tabelas, esquemas, figuras, gr\u00e1ficos, etc. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Conclus\u00f5es<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refer\u00eancias: lista selecionada de refer\u00eancias, tipicamente at\u00e9 cinco<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Agradecimentos: utilizar logos das ag\u00eancias de fomento e institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino e pesquisa.7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Presentation of the short talks (oral sessions):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • 09\/14\/2024 from 3:20 PM to 4:10 PM, divided into 3 rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            The short presentations aim to provide space for selected students and researchers from various levels to present their work in more detail than they would in a flash or poster presentation. It is a unique opportunity to showcase your work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Please note that even if selected for a short presentation, the poster presentation is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The presenter will have up to 10 minutes for the presentation. This time includes both the presentation and the Q&A session. For example, if the presenter spends 8 minutes on the presentation, they will only have 2 minutes for questions and answers. The session chair will control the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The presentation file must be submitted on the same day to the technician responsible for the room, preferably in “widescreen” (16:9) format. The order of presentations will be published on the website in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              As short presentations<\/em> t\u00eam a inten\u00e7\u00e3o dar espa\u00e7o para estudantes e pesquisadores de diversos n\u00edveis, previamente selecionados, possam apresentar seu trabalho mostrando mais detalhes do que fariam em uma flash ou mesmo na apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de poster. \u00c9 uma oportunidade inigual\u00e1vel de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do seu trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Lembrando que mesmo selecionado para a short<\/em> a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do poster \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              O(a) apresentador(a) ter\u00e1 at\u00e9 10 min para apresentar. Esse tempo inclui o tempo para perguntas e respostas. Por exemplo, caso o apresentador gaste 8 min. na apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, ter\u00e1 apenas 2 minutos para perguntas e respostas. O coordenador (chair<\/em>) da sess\u00e3o vai controlar o tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              O arquivo da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser entregue no pr\u00f3prio dia ao t\u00e9cnico respons\u00e1vel por aquela sala, preferencialmente, no formato “widescreen<\/em>” (16:9). A ordem das apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 publicada no site antecipadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    The Flash Poster Presentations are intended to provide a space for selected students from various levels to present themselves, encouraging them to challenge themselves (including in English) and to briefly showcase their posters. It is essentially an advertisement for the poster that the same student will present immediately afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    The presenter must be objective and clear within the maximum available time of 3 minutes (YOU CANNOT EXCEDE THIS TIME). Prepare your presentation with the main goal of attracting the audience to your poster, for example: “For more details, visit my poster number XYZ.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    The presentation file must be submitted in advance (the date will be provided once the sessions are scheduled) in .ppt format (or pdf), containing around 2-5 slides (suggested), preferably in “widescreen” (16:9) format. The order of presentations will be published on the website in advance, and everyone must organize themselves in line at the presentation site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      As flash poster presentation<\/em> t\u00eam a inten\u00e7\u00e3o dar espa\u00e7o para que estudantes de diversos n\u00edveis, previamente selecionados, possam se apresentar, instigando-os a se desafiarem (inclusive na l\u00edngua inglesa) e apresentarem de forma resumida seu poster. \u00c9 basicamente uma propaganda do poster que o(a) mesmo(a) estudante vai apresentar logo em seguida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      O(a) apresentador(a) deve ser objetivo e claro diante do tempo m\u00e1ximo dispon\u00edvel de 3 min (VOC\u00ca N\u00c3O PODE PASSAR ESSE TEMPO). Monte sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o tendo como principal objetivo atrair o p\u00fablico para o seu poster, como por exemplo: \u201cpara saber mais detalhes visite meu poster n\u00famero XYZ\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Deve-se enviar antecipadamente o arquivo da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o (a data ser\u00e1 informada quando as sess\u00f5es estiverem montadas) no formato .ppt (ou .pdf), contendo cerca de 2-5 slides (sugest\u00e3o), no formato “widescreen<\/em>” (16:9), preferencialmente. A ordem das apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 publicada no site antecipadamente e todos devem se organizar em fila no local da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
