– Impressões em lona requerem 5 dias para serem concluídas.

Instructions for Poster Preparation | Instruções para Elaboração dos Painéis
ATTENTION: All submitted and approved abstracts must compulsorily be presented in poster format, even if they have been selected for short or flash presentations.
- The posters must be prepared in English.
- Maximum poster size: 1.00 m (width) x 1.20 m (height). Under no circumstances can the width exceed 1.00 m, as this would encroach on the neighboring poster’s space;
- All posters must include the email of the first author as well as the corresponding author;
- All posters must be affixed to the poster stands, either with adhesive tape or hung using hooks in the banner format;
- A good poster should contain the following items (for evaluation purposes):
- Introduction
- Objectives of the work
- Experimental section: illustrated with diagrams, figures, graphs, etc.
- Results and discussion: illustrated with tables, diagrams, figures, graphs, etc.
- Conclusions
- References: a selected list of references, typically up to five
- Acknowledgments: include logos of funding agencies and educational and research institutions.
ATENÇÃO: TODOS os resumos submetidos e aprovados deverão, obrigatoriamente, serem apresentados na forma de poster, mesmo que tenham sido selecionados para short ou flash presentation.
- Os posters devem ser feitos em língua inglesa;
- Tamanho máximo do poster: 1,00 m (largura) x 1,20 m (altura). Em hipótese alguma a largura poderá ultrapassar 1,00 m, pois significa entrar no espaço do painel do vizinho;
- Todos os painéis devem conter o e-mail do primeiro autor, bem como do autor de correspondência;
- Todos os trabalhos deverão ser afixados no suporte de painéis, podendo ser colados com fita adesiva ou pendurados com gancho no formato galhardete;
- Um bom painel deve conter os seguintes itens (visando a avaliação):
- Introdução
- Objetivos do trabalho
- Parte experimental: ilustrada com esquemas, figuras, gráficos, etc.
- Resultados e discussão: ilustrada com tabelas, esquemas, figuras, gráficos, etc.
- Conclusões
- Referências: lista selecionada de referências, tipicamente até cinco
- Agradecimentos: utilizar logos das agências de fomento e instituições de ensino e pesquisa.7
Short Presentations
Presentation of the short talks (oral sessions):
- 09/14/2024 from 3:20 PM to 4:10 PM, divided into 3 rooms.
The short presentations aim to provide space for selected students and researchers from various levels to present their work in more detail than they would in a flash or poster presentation. It is a unique opportunity to showcase your work.
Please note that even if selected for a short presentation, the poster presentation is mandatory.
The presenter will have up to 10 minutes for the presentation. This time includes both the presentation and the Q&A session. For example, if the presenter spends 8 minutes on the presentation, they will only have 2 minutes for questions and answers. The session chair will control the time.
The presentation file must be submitted on the same day to the technician responsible for the room, preferably in “widescreen” (16:9) format. The order of presentations will be published on the website in advance.
Apresentações das shorts (sessões orais):
- 14/09/2024 de 15:20h às 16:10h, separadas em 3 salas.
As short presentations têm a intenção dar espaço para estudantes e pesquisadores de diversos níveis, previamente selecionados, possam apresentar seu trabalho mostrando mais detalhes do que fariam em uma flash ou mesmo na apresentação de poster. É uma oportunidade inigualável de divulgação do seu trabalho.
Lembrando que mesmo selecionado para a short a apresentação do poster é obrigatória.
O(a) apresentador(a) terá até 10 min para apresentar. Esse tempo inclui o tempo para perguntas e respostas. Por exemplo, caso o apresentador gaste 8 min. na apresentação, terá apenas 2 minutos para perguntas e respostas. O coordenador (chair) da sessão vai controlar o tempo.
O arquivo da apresentação deverá ser entregue no próprio dia ao técnico responsável por aquela sala, preferencialmente, no formato “widescreen” (16:9). A ordem das apresentações será publicada no site antecipadamente.
Flash Poster Presentation
Presentation of the flashes:

- 09/14/2024 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
- 09/15/2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:20 PM
The Flash Poster Presentations are intended to provide a space for selected students from various levels to present themselves, encouraging them to challenge themselves (including in English) and to briefly showcase their posters. It is essentially an advertisement for the poster that the same student will present immediately afterward.
The presenter must be objective and clear within the maximum available time of 3 minutes (YOU CANNOT EXCEDE THIS TIME). Prepare your presentation with the main goal of attracting the audience to your poster, for example: “For more details, visit my poster number XYZ.”
The presentation file must be submitted in advance (the date will be provided once the sessions are scheduled) in .ppt format (or pdf), containing around 2-5 slides (suggested), preferably in “widescreen” (16:9) format. The order of presentations will be published on the website in advance, and everyone must organize themselves in line at the presentation site.

As flash poster presentation têm a intenção dar espaço para que estudantes de diversos níveis, previamente selecionados, possam se apresentar, instigando-os a se desafiarem (inclusive na língua inglesa) e apresentarem de forma resumida seu poster. É basicamente uma propaganda do poster que o(a) mesmo(a) estudante vai apresentar logo em seguida.
O(a) apresentador(a) deve ser objetivo e claro diante do tempo máximo disponível de 3 min (VOCÊ NÃO PODE PASSAR ESSE TEMPO). Monte sua apresentação tendo como principal objetivo atrair o público para o seu poster, como por exemplo: “para saber mais detalhes visite meu poster número XYZ”.
Deve-se enviar antecipadamente o arquivo da apresentação (a data será informada quando as sessões estiverem montadas) no formato .ppt (ou .pdf), contendo cerca de 2-5 slides (sugestão), no formato “widescreen” (16:9), preferencialmente. A ordem das apresentações será publicada no site antecipadamente e todos devem se organizar em fila no local da apresentação.
